Don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Talked to the owner about getting a quote on replacing a break booster. He promised to send it via text that NEVER came. I see nothing but five star reviews here which makes me wonder who really are these people. Anyway Mr. Parker best of luck to you in the future but a little business etiquette goes a long way.

I don't know why I forgot to leave a review a couple months ago, but I had a great experience. I messaged them through Yelp and they were super responsive. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning and were done with brake pads and rotors in approximately half an hour in my driveway; I didn't even have to leave my home. The convenience of their service along with the price and service beats the dealership/brake shop experience for sure. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially these days when we need to be supporting small businesses.

Total professionals from start to finish. They provided quotes before the work started so that I would have an idea of cost depending on work needed. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The brake service itself was done in under 2 hours. The work was top notch, these guys know brakes. On top of that the service reps were polite and friendly. 10/10 experience. EZ BRAKES is my new go to brake service.

Got brake pad service but it keeps issues after service. I get into dealership and spent double of money to correct the problem which they messed up

My husband and I usually change brake by ourselves, but this time we have to find someone to help us. So I requested the quote to multiple car shops around 11:30pm at night and expecting to see their feedbacks in the morning. However within 5 mins, the owner Parker texted me back and provided me all the details that I need. He is so friendly and very hard working, plus their price is the best among all. After my parts arrived in the morning, I asked Parker if I can get my brake replaced in the afternoon he said no problem! Britt is my mechanician, he is awesome! He replaced my brake and rotor within 30 mins and also test drive to make sure it's safe. Their service is amazing and helped me saved a lot of time. 100% trust and recommend EZ-Brake.

I have a 1997 camper van. I called so many shops to see if someone could repair my brakes. All said no due to the age, size and weight of my vehicle. I was about to give up hope. Then I called EZ-Brakes. It was so amazing. Parker said sure, we can inspect the brakes and do the repairs. The EZ-Brakes team came to my house the same day I called. A full inspection of my brakes revealed a cracked rotor, cracked brake pad and bad seals on the right caliper. I was able to see for myself the damaged parts first-hand. EZ-Brakes was able to obtain new parts for my aging camper van. New parts installed and a test drive to be sure my van is safe. I couldn't be happier. Super fast service! Punctual, friendly, and helpful. We initially was quoted $500 for caliper replacement from Les Schwab but EZ-Brakes gave us a quote that was cheaper for a total front brake/rotor replacement. Ended up doing front and back brakes and couldn't be happier with their service. Really appreciated their honesty and help.

I needed my brakes serviced immediately for my Porsche Macan GTS. I got quotes from the dealership and local auto repair shops that work on Porsche and similar vehicles. Price-wise, they came in slightly higher than other auto shops for labor/parts but lower than dealership; however, value-wise they are top notch. I blind called them at 9:30am this morning desperate for service today. All the other auto shops told me they couldn't have the parts in until tomorrow or next week. These guys got all OEM parts at my request and showed up at my garage at 11:30am, and finished the job before 2:00PM for front pads+rotors & rear pads. Friendly guys & phenomenal service. I will definitely use them again for all my cars to accommodate my crazy schedule when I'm in a bind.

They were awesome. They were right on time. Explained clearly what they were changing. Show what's wrong etc. I changed by all 4 Brake pads for Honda CRV and front rotor.
