I just wanted to mention that Parker and his team are awesome. He was on time and professional. I originally took my 2015 BMW 421i convertible to the BMW dealer in Newport Bch. They have me a bunch of hogwash telling me that squeaking when you initially drive off "is a normal thing" with these models, the front brakes were not due for replacement...but that if I wanted them replaced he could give me a great deal at 325 buck, they (new pads and rotors need to be beveled(chamferred) and that it was a great deal. He also told me the problem would eventually come back. I already knew I needed new back brakes so I called Parker, he came out to me, did the brake Job for a very reasonable Prince...for less than the dealer, then took a look at my squeaking front brakes and let me know only had 1/3rd of brakes left and replacing them should fix the problem. It has been 4 months now and I am squeak free!!! Parker is honest, he knows his business, the company is reasonable, professional, fast, and they come to you!!! What else can anyone ask for!!!! They are TERRRIFIC¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting an appointment was super quick and easy. Patrick arrived early and was ready to rock. He had all the tools ready, asked direct diagnostic questions to assess the situation and went straight to it. His work was professional, clean and he finished in record time. Looking around my area to have the brakes done on my vehicle. I gave a call to EZ-Brakes and Parker -the owner- answered my call! He gave me a timeframe for arriving and even showed up a little early! Stated what was wrong with the brakes and gave me a quote and was able to finish the job in an hour. This review was long overdue, but as with any of my reviews I want to be as honest as possible. I got my brakes done for my Mercedes C300 about 2 years ago by them and I honestly just have to say they did an amazing job, especially with me driving so many miles!!! I remember the techs telling me that my rear brake pads had lots of life on them so they only changed the fronts. Already ready to schedule another brake service with them! Better prices than the dealership, and honest guys working on my vehicle. 100/10 would recommend!

Family owned & operated business with an ingenious concept of delivering brake service where they come out..now that's service on a whole new level. Friendly service in providing honesty and transparency..unheard of in the automotive repair world! Provided me with written estimates on what my charges may look like prior to inspections that I usually don't get until the work is done at most places. Let alone, telling me I don't need brake pads replacement with 80% life remaining on them. Well, I know who to reach out to when those pads are up! Having to wait at auto shops and needing to Uber back home is one of the things I dread, so I'm glad I came across EZ Brakes! In less than 5 minutes,I was able to call in, get a quote, and schedule a same-day appointment. They drive to your home so all you've got to do is give them your keys and they've got you covered! Pricing was fair, and surprisingly lower than other businesses I had called. Overall 10/10 service--will be recommending to my friends around the area.

This is an awesome service! Parker was responsive and timely. Excellent work done on my rig a Jeep Rubicon. I was in a bind and with a lot going on and Parker was quick to respond and repair my brakes. Great customer service. I could not be happier.
