I requested an estimate and they responded within an hour and was able to book an appointment to have my front brake pads replaced. I had an appointment at 9am and received a text around 8 if he can come by earlier which was perfect for me. Parker arrived at 8:30am and was done by 9:30. This company is very professional! I went to a tire shop and they quoted me $591! EZ brakes saved me almost $200 and they showed up less than 12 hours from the quote and were done in about an hour. Had texted these guys for a quote and they came in much lower than any other place I contacted. I never spoke to anyone over the phone just communicated by text message. Based on the reviews I read I had them come out and could not have been happier with the overall experience. They were just great and did the job in an hour! This company is fantastic! The guys who work here are so nice and down to earth. I know nothing about cars, but they were able to help me with my breaks. In the middle of covid it was amazing to have someone come to me instead of going to a shop. They wore a mask whenever we were in contact and was very perfessional. They were even early!!! The communication was awesome. They let me know that they were running early and kept me in contact every step of the way. When the problem ended up being bigger then we thought they gave me a new quote on the spot! As a woman I often feel like I am being taken advantage of or talked down to, not with these guys. They were up front with their pricing and didn't try to over sell me. They showed me the old parts and the new parts and I felt satisfied. I will be using them from now on. Trust me, if you are even considering it Go with these guys it will be one less thing you have to worry about.

I had inquired about a quote on my two back breaks in addition to potentially replacing my rotors. Parker got back to me super quick and the price was very reasonable. He was super flexible with appointment times and came out to our home with his brother. They were very professional and were very efficient - probably an hour of time. I figured my rotors needed to be replaced, and they were able to show that it was time for a replacement. They also looked at my front breaks to confirm that they were still in good condition. Now when I reverse my car, my breaks don't squeal anymore. Super appreciative of their time and service! Would definitely recommend!
