From start to finish, we had a great experience with Parker and the EZ-Brakes team. They gave a very up-front estimate, they arrived on-time, and the did a quality job replacing front rotors and pads, and rear pads. Most repair places don't like you watching, and put you in a waiting room. Not EZ Brakes! They invite you to watch. Then they point out what is the situation with your brakes, show you the replacement parts, and then test drive prior to leaving. They also warranty their work. We will definitely be using them again!

They did a great and professional job! It took them less than an hour to change my pads and rotors and they came to my apartment to do it! I requested services at night and they were here the next morning! I'm very happy with their work.

I had break issues and really needed the job done quickly due to important plans. I found EZ through a quick search, they were the top result and great reviews, so I gave them a call. Hal was extremely helpful, and nice over the phone, he got me a quote after looking up parts to my email within 10 minutes or so which was fantastic. They arrived on time for the schedule appointment at my house, and again were both gentlemen were both very friendly, and helpful, and the work was done extremely efficiently, and speedy, the break job was finished under an hour. I would definitely call again, and more importantly recommend to anyone looking for a quality job done right, and fast.

Ok. I have to coolest story ever! As I was on my way to pick up my daughter due to her having car issues, I got a flat tire. I called roadside assistance and was told the wait would be 40 minutes. Shortly after Parker and his associate pulled over and jumped to the rescue. It was not until they were halfway through changing my tire that I realized that they were just being helpful seeing me stranded and were not the roadside assistance that I called. How awesome is that! That is true character and something that seems to be a rare occurrence. I am so grateful and don't know how you can recommend someone more that just stops to help someone because they are good people, expecting nothing in return.

After reading the reviews I thought I'd try them so glad I did!! After calling Parker he sent me a quote and they were able to come out the same day. I knew I needed new pads and discs for all four wheels. I called around to a few places including the dealer and their price was actually the lowest. I really love the fact that they would come to my house and do it they were on time and did a great job!!
