EZ Brakes was awesome. This was the first time Ive used a mobile service, and they were great. Parker messaged me informing me there was an appointment reschedule and if I wanted to move my appointment up. So I did. Their communication throughout the service was great, keeping me informed on what was taking place and what was being done. The service was quick and done all from the convenience of our home. I am glad I chose to use EZ-Brakes. Thank you again!

Absolutely love their service. Extremely fair pricing. Prompt to scheduled time, even early sometimes!!! Would recommend this team to everyone. I scheduled and received same day service. Received a breakdown of what my car would need and what the priority would be if I couldn't complete all of the services. Love the convenience of them coming to my office. Major win!!! Parker was very thorough in assessing my husbands brake issues. He test drove our car before and after putting in the needed new front rotors. The brakes on my car were starting to squeak and grind! Oh no! I contacted Ez-Brakes, gave them information for vehicle, and answered a few questions. Shortly after I received a thorough quote to all brakes, front and rear. They explained that after an inspection/evaluation any work not necessary would of course, not be charged. Great, I would not care to drive the vehicle and cause more harm, so l asked when they could schedule the work. They were available around noon! Awesome. I scheduled the appointment and they arrived on time and completed only the necessary work within 2 hours! The mechanics were very pleasant and presentable! I would highly recommend this business if you are in need of brake work! I reviewed my invoice right away and they will stand behind their work with a warranty. Thank you Ez-Brakes.

This is the 2nd time I have used EZ Brakes and once again I was impressed with their pricing, service and quality of work. I talked to Parker in the morning about needing rear brakes on my Honda CRV and he quoted the cost to be about $250 and he had availability the same day even. One member of his crew arrived on time and did a great job in changing the brakes and then test drove the vehicle to make sure everything was functioning correctly. I have recommended Parker to some of my other colleagues and they too have had positive experiences. I look forward to using EZ Brakes in the future. It's super convenient to have someone come to your home or office and do the repair there instead of having to go to the dealer and waste time waiting.
